Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

All bookings and reservations are managed by Nuratau Travel LTD, a UK-based company, on behalf of Responsible Travel LLC (License № T-0312-14), the tour operator based in Uzbekistan. By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Booking Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and us. In these Booking Conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Nuratau Travel LTD as the booking facilitator and Responsible Travel LLC as the tour operator. ‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to the person making the booking and all individuals on whose behalf a booking is made. Please read and understand these conditions before booking a trip with us.

1.PAYMENT

All our tours are booked by making full payment (except for cultural tours) with card of bank transfer. The reservation of cultural tours is made by paying 300 EUR non-refundable deposit per person per trip. The payment of the balance for cultural tours is due 45 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Full payment is due at the time of booking if the booking is made 45 days or less prior to departure. We might provide (operate) certain products or services without deposit payment (paid on departure date), we will advise you of any such conditions prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.

2. BOOKING

All payments are processed by Nuratau Travel LTD in the UK. For cultural tours, a non-refundable deposit of €300 per person per trip is required, with the balance due 45 days before departure. Full payment is due at the time of booking if made 45 days or less prior to departure. We may offer certain products or services without a deposit, payable on the departure date; we will inform you of such conditions before confirming the booking.

3. CANCELLATION BY TRAVELLER

If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as outlined below. A cancellation is effective when Nuratau Travel LTD receives written confirmation.

• 45 days or more prior to departure: We will retain 15% of the total booking cost or the non-refundable deposit for cultural tours.
• Between 14 and 45 days prior to departure: We will retain 30% of the total booking cost or the deposit, whichever is greater.
• Between 7 and 13 days prior to departure: We will retain 50% of the total booking cost or the deposit, whichever is greater.
• Between 4 and 6 days prior to departure: We will retain 70% of the total booking cost or the deposit, whichever is greater.
• 3 days or less prior to departure: We will retain 100% of the total booking cost.

If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it before completion, no refund will be made. Responsible Travel LLC reserves the right to set different cancellation policies in the travel service agreement signed with the client.

4. CANCELLATION BY US

Responsible Travel LLC may cancel a trip at any time up to 60 days before departure. In such cases, Nuratau Travel LTD will refund in full the amount you paid for the trip. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events, it is not viable to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.

5. CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY

We do our best to operate all trips as described but also reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary. We will offer a refund for the changed portion of the itinerary or offer an alternative tour if the change is initiated by us. The itinerary can also be changed due to circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances, the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you.

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers and should be obtained at the time of booking. Nuratau Travel LTD is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as flight or train delays, visa issues, or loss of personal belongings. If you do not have travel insurance at the beginning of the tour, please inform us, and we will arrange coverage with a local insurance company for an additional fee.

7. PRICE

Tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. Nuratau Travel LTD reserves the right to increase the cost of tours/services before full payment is made due to new taxes, currency fluctuations, or increased fuel surcharges. We will not increase the price of your tour/service after you have paid in full.

8. PHOTOS AND MARKETING

You consent to Responsible Travel LLC using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes. Nuratau Travel LTD may also use these images in its marketing materials. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

The booking process managed by Nuratau Travel LTD is governed by UK law, while the provision of tour services by Responsible Travel LLC is governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of the Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan.

How We Look After Information About You

Your privacy is very important to us. We have developed the following privacy policy detailing exactly how information about you is used, so you can feel comfortable knowing exactly how we manage any personal information you choose to submit to us.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We only collect personally identifiable data (names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers, and passport details) when the client makes general inquiries or books one of our services. We do not collect personal information unless it has been submitted to us. Thus, visitors can visit our site and remain completely anonymous.

How We Use Your Information

We only use personally identifiable data for the purpose or service that it has been submitted for. We do not reveal any information we collect from you to any external party without your consent.

Your personally identifiable information is not publicly accessible and is only accessed by Responsible Travel LLC when there is reason to do so (i.e. when we need to provide you with the service that you submitted it for). At any time, you can choose to be removed from our mailing lists.
