Booking Terms and Conditions

All tours are operated by Responsible Travel LLC (License № T-0312-14) (us/we). By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first-named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made. Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us.



All our tours are booked by making full payment (except for cultural tours) with card of bank transfer. The reservation of cultural tours is made by paying 300 EUR non-refundable deposit per person per trip. The payment of the balance for cultural tours is due 45 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Full payment is due at the time of booking if the booking is made 45 days or less prior to departure. We might provide (operate) certain products or services without deposit payment (paid on departure date), we will advise you of any such conditions prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.



Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists when we issue a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable payment. The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age and above at the time of booking.



If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.

If you cancel a trip:

  • 45 days or more prior to departure, we will retain 15% of the total booking cost or a non-refundable deposit for cultural tours;
  • Between 14 and 45 days prior to departure, we will retain 30% of the total booking cost or the deposit, whichever is greater;
  • Between 7 and 13 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost; whichever is greater;
  • Between 12 and 4 days prior to departure, we will retain 70% of the total booking cost or the deposit, whichever is greater, and
  • 3 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. Responsible Travel LLC reserves the right to set different cancellation policies in the travel service agreement signed with the client.



We may cancel a trip at any time up to 60 days before departure, in this case, we will refund in full the amount you paid for the trip. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less than any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.



We do our best to operate all trips as described but also reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary. We will offer a refund for the changed portion of the itinerary or offer an alternative tour if the change is initiated by us. The itinerary can also be changed due to circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances, the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you.



Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travellers and should be taken out at the time of travel. We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as flight or train delays or cancellations; the failure of embassies or consulates to issue visas; the inaccessibility of certain tourist attractions due to the actions of government bodies; the actions or services of accommodation and other facilities visited during the tour; or incidents such as injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

If you do not have travel insurance at the beginning of the tour, please inform us and we will arrange coverage with a local insurance company for an additional fee.



Tours are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to increase the cost of the tours/services on the following conditions:

  • new taxes imposed by the government
  • currency fluctuations
  • increase in fuel surcharges

The increase on the costs are only possible before full payment is done, we will not increase the price of your tour/service after you have paid in full.



You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.



The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan govern these Booking Conditions to the fullest extent allowable. Any disputes in connection with a trip or these Booking Conditions must be initiated in the courts of the Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan

Your privacy is very important to us. We have developed the following privacy policy detailing exactly how information about you is used, so you can feel comfortable knowing exactly how we manage any personal information you choose to submit to us.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We only collect personally identifiable data (names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers, and passport details) when the client makes general inquiries or books one of our services. We do not collect personal information unless it has been submitted to us. Thus, visitors can visit our site and remain completely anonymous.

How We Use Your Information

We only use personally identifiable data for the purpose or service that it has been submitted for. We do not reveal any information we collect from you to any external party without your consent.

Your personally identifiable information is not publicly accessible and is only accessed by Responsible Travel LLC when there is reason to do so (i.e. when we need to provide you with the service that you submitted it for). At any time, you can choose to be removed from our mailing lists.
